We effect all warranty repairs on machines we sell. We have a fully stocked extensive workshops in Newry and very experienced engineers to carry out all servicing.

Warranty repairs are free of charge and we do not charge a call out fee, regardless of your location - we carry out any necessary warranty work at your site if possible, we come to you, not the other way around.

Note that extended warranties offered by some manufacturers can be very limited and costly:

• No cover for wearing parts such as tyres, belts bearings, pulleys, shafts, blades etc.
• No cover for accidental damage or mis-use. This includes blades, blade bosses, blade shafts, decks, plastic covers, chute, axles or ball joints etc.
• Extended warranties require an annual service - even when it is not needed. This can cost as much as €150 - €200 plus any parts that may be added.
• Most engine failures are are caused by poor fuel, not checking the oil level and water in the fuel - failures not covered by an extended warranty.
